More retrolicious retro

Wasn’t this picture just in a Swedish interiors magazine? Isn’t that the hottest indie fabric on Etsy? Or was it in the last IKEA catalogue? Of course not. It’s from this week’s retro design book. (Golden Homemakers 100 Ideas to Beautify Your Home, Gudenian Rockail & Mayer, Marshall Cavendish, London, 1972.) So much to love in today’s offerings … and SO much to hate. That bathroom for one. Am I the only one to think the young girl below looks like the angelic psycho child from a bad blood curdling slasher horror film? Perhaps “Revenge of the Interior Designer’s Children Part II”? They’re coming to get you!!!
