Its multi-level terraces and wide windows allow unobstructed views of the beautiful bay, while the strategically placed patio furniture ensures unforgeable moments outdoors- as if the beach were not close enough. Moreover, this building’s amenities include an entertainment center, a business center, home theater, wine cellar, state-of-the-art kitchen equipment (we would be really interested to know who thinks of cooking while renting an incredibly expensive villa for a few days, meals included), barbecue and parking for six cars.This home is currently available for rent, for the opulent cost of $6000 – $11100′  per night and the villa policies don’t allow more than 14 guests at once. You may have picked up by now that I have a slight (ok maybe more than slight…) obsession with orange. ‘ Not only have I used this punchy hue throughout my own home, but it has also made its way into many of my projects, both commercial and residential. ‘ Something about this color really strikes my fancy, for it has both a lively vintage quality yet also a sophisticated modern feel. ‘ Furthermore, it can be paired with many other colors to create a dramatic effect (my favorite combos are orange and gray, orange and purple, orange and pink, orange and brown and orange and cream).

I was browsing Lonny’s online photo gallery and I was pleased to see just how many spaces used orange in some way, either big or small, and in many different rooms, from bathrooms to workspaces. ‘ Check out some of my favorites!

This folding shower enclosure by Duravit offers extra “open space” in compact bathrooms. The aptly named OpenSpace is an innovative shower partition that folds away when not it use, freeing up extra room. The Coblonal radiator, designed by the Italian company in collaboration with Barcelona-based Studio Coblonal Arquitectura, has a fabulous furniture feel and an unusual industrial edge inspired by older buildings and factories. This rectangular radiator is made of a steel plate and features visible screws and “imperfections” that give the design real character. The trend is “true blue” with this blue bathroom furniture by Ypsilon.
