Made of FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified wood and finished with an extremely tough environmentally friendly catalyzed varnish, it has cubbies for envelopes, a laptop (up to 17”), folders, paper, CDs, and whatever else you need to store. It even comes with a handy pencil drawer made from recyclable injection molded plastic, and its production is 100% carbon-offset.

For today we decided to show you this bright and charming apartment located in Gothenburg, Sweden. This beautiful crib consists of three rooms plus kitchen and has a total surface of 108 square meter. The loft has a generous 3,1 meter ceiling, large rooms and a vintage but very stylish fireplace. The living room is the focal point of this home and features a large sofa perfect for having friends over, a cozy reading corner, fresh flower arrangements and wide windows that ensure a large amount of natural light. The kitchen has a welcoming dining table, plenty of storage space and unobstructed views of the city. A king-size bed, deep window niches and built-in storage space turn the bedroom into a peaceful retreat.

We have to say this home acted as a reminder that we should enjoy summer while it lasts. Painted entirely in white, this beautiful residence located in Costa Brava, Spain, inspires tranquility and warmth. A welcoming outdoor garden with playful and comfortable furniture greets its guests while in the same time creating a general idea of how this place feels. Even though we consider combining modern architecture with that of old constructions can be very tricky and sometimes unsuccessful, the Flag Residence, a 200 year old farmhouse, looks incredible with this new contemporary addition from Propeller Z. The home is located in Fahndorf, Austria within a beautiful and friendly natural landscape so the project had to be in consonance with the environmental factor. While the rest of the home seems to be buried in the ground, the new construction is elevated, which is said to create a connection with the other homes nearby. We particularly like the wood stack, as it gives this extension a warm and rustic feel. The addition houses a kitchen and a living room and features large floor to ceiling windows for a good indoor/outdoor communication.
