Located in Berlin-Charlottenburg,  near Spree river, the loft was completely redesigned by Iris Steinbeck Architekten. A new stylish personality was given to this rooftop private residence while maintaining a soft atmosphere. White is used predominantly, creating the feeling of space and freshness. More daring colors (such as purple) are also present, creating a fun contrast. GRAFT is an architecture and urban planning company founded in Los Angeles, USA, in 1998.  Loft Hamburg is one of the projects they recently completed for Vanessa Kullmann. It was meant as a private residence and it is currently worth $200,000. The place is a display of dramatic furniture and unexpected angles, a wonderful approach to contemporary design. The centerpiece of the apartment is the wooden kitchen which is also half bathroom. We are not sure how this works exactly, but we salute its originality.
